Blue Light & Disability Discount Terms and Conditions
10% Discount on Personal Training Subscriptions
These Terms and Conditions govern the availability and use of the 10% Blue Light Discount and 10% Disability Discount offered on personal training subscription services provided by [Business Name] (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
By purchasing a personal training subscription using either discount, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility
1.1 Blue Light Discount
The Blue Light Discount provides 10% off eligible personal training subscription packages for individuals who hold a valid membership of the Blue Light Card scheme.
Eligible individuals include (but are not limited to):

Emergency services personnel

Armed forces personnel

Social care workers

Other qualifying public sector workers recognised by the Blue Light Card scheme
A valid Blue Light Card or equivalent proof must be provided upon request before the discount is applied.
1.2 Disability Discount
The Disability Discount provides 10% off eligible personal training subscription packages for individuals who have a recognised disability.
Acceptable verification may include:

Disability benefits documentation

A Blue Badge
-
An Access Card
-
Personal Independence Payment (PIP) award documentation

Other reasonable supporting documentation
We are committed to accessibility and may exercise reasonable discretion when verifying eligibility.
2. Discount Application
2.1 The discount applies only to eligible personal training subscription packages.
2.2 The discount does not apply to:

Single personal training sessions
-
Group classes (unless explicitly stated)
-
Gift vouchers or gift cards
-
Merchandise or retail products
-
Any other services not explicitly included
2.3 Only one discount may be applied per subscription.
2.4 Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or reduced pricing unless expressly stated.
3. Verification of Eligibility
3.1 Customers must provide valid proof of eligibility before their first session use.
3.2 We reserve the right to:

Request documentation verifying eligibility

Periodically re-verify eligibility

Refuse or remove the discount where eligibility cannot be confirmed
3.3 Failure to provide valid proof may result in the subscription reverting to the standard advertised price.
4. Personal Use
4.1 The discount is strictly personal to the eligible customer.
4.2 It is non-transferable and may not be shared with any other individual.
4.3 The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
5. Subscription Payments
5.1 Personal training subscriptions are recurring monthly memberships unless otherwise specified.
5.2 Payment will be collected automatically on the agreed billing date via the selected payment method.
5.3 It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that payment details remain valid.
5.4 If a payment fails:

Services may be suspended until payment is successfully processed

We reserve the right to charge any outstanding balance before reactivation
6. Cancellation of Subscription
6.1 Subscriptions may be cancelled by providing a minimum of 14 days’ written notice prior to the next billing date, unless otherwise stated in the subscription agreement.
6.2 Cancellation requests must be submitted via:

The designated client booking platform
6.3 If cancellation notice is received less than 14 days before the next billing date, the next payment may still be processed and the subscription will end at the conclusion of that billing period.
6.4 Once cancelled:

Access to subscription services will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle

No partial refunds will be issued for unused sessions unless required by law
7. Cooling-Off Period
Where a subscription is purchased online or remotely, customers may have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
If training services have already commenced within this period at the customer’s request, we reserve the right to charge a proportionate fee for services already delivered.
8. Suspension or Pausing
8.1 We may allow subscriptions to be paused temporarily at our discretion.
8.2 Pause requests must be submitted in advance and in writing.
8.3 Discount eligibility may be reassessed when the subscription resumes.
9. Misuse of Discount
9.1 If we reasonably believe that a discount has been obtained fraudulently or used in breach of these Terms:

Remove the discount immediately

Charge the standard subscription price

Suspend or terminate the subscription
10. Changes to Discounts or Terms
We reserve the right to:

Modify or withdraw these discounts at any time

Amend these Terms and Conditions where necessary
Any changes will not affect subscriptions already purchased during the current billing period.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
